Hi, you finally found us!

Why would you want to work at Blue Coding?

At Blue Coding we specialize in hiring excellent developers and amazing people from all over Latin America and other parts of the world. For the past 8 years, we’ve helped cutting-edge companies in the United States and Canada -both large and small, build great development teams and develop great products. Online shops, digital agencies, SaaS providers, and software consulting firms are a few of our clients. Our team of over 50 engineers is distributed in more than 10 countries across the Americas. We are a fully remote company working with a wide array of technologies and have expertise in every stage of the software development process.

You would be part of a very united and culturally diverse team, who loves movie nights. Our collaborators are individually involved in many initiatives around the world, from wildlife preservation to volunteering at local charities. We also participate in group activities like movie nights and have had yearly retreats before the pandemic. We stand for honesty, fairness, respect, efficiency, hard work, and cooperation.

What are we looking for?

In this opportunity, we are looking for an experienced Senior .Net Full Stack Developer to work for one of our top American clients, a well-known and reputable art auction house looking to grow their engineering team. You would join their auction site team, where you would be working on designing and implementing their SaaS platform that enables their customers to manage and run their auctions, stores and business with world class user experience and performance. The auction site is built with the goal to be the best solution for auction houses, galleries, and dealers in the world and you will play a crucial part in that journey. This system is built using .NET Core, C# and MS SQL Server. They believe in constant improvements and sound developer practices.

This is a fast-paced growing company with a great culture and the opportunity to work on innovative art projects. We’re seeking a team player who is creative, capable, self-driven, and fluent in English.

What's unique about this job?

Our client is the world’s leading eco-system for art, antiques and collectibles throughout the value chain. Founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2011, they have established their business globally with offices in the US, UK, and Sweden. Their customers include the world’s top tier of auctioneers, antique dealers, galleries as well as regional and local businesses. They offer a search service with 600,000+ items for sale, an extensive database of auction results, a top of the line valuation service, and a Software as a Service auction and gallery system. Their engineering teams are self organized with tight communications to stakeholders in an agile environment.

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:

  • Be an important part in the team building a world class SaaS platform.
